This review is based on Dr. Webster. Since my family doctor was changed over seven years ago to Dr. Webster I have not once met him. Every time I try to make an appointment hes either on vacation or on leave due to health related issues. Its extremely difficult to make an appointment, or get a phone call back to confirm an appointment. And typically the appointment is scheduled weeks after your called. Personally, my experience with Dr. Webster has been unprofessional and Ive lacked the proper care I should be receiving as a Canadian. If I could give less than one star, I would not hesitate to.

Dr.Drew Webster is amazing. Today was my first time seeing him and it went very well. He was attentive, went over everything with me, was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Definitely glad I received him as my family doctor.

Horrible health care. My complaint is the same as others here. Had blood work done about a yr ago,as I was concerned about having another heart attack. To this day,I've gotten no results,or even a phone call? Making an appointment is impossible. Either on vacation,or on medical leave,with no one from the "TEAM" available to address mine or my daughter's health issues. It's unprofessional, as well as unethical. I thought Dr's swear to some sort of oath??? It is blatantly clear that this practice,doesn't care about patients that had no choice in the Drew's being assigned as their Physicians. Dr. French you made a huge mistake endorsing these individuals as caring compassionate Dr's like yourself. Arlove and I miss you greatly. For all this Medical "TEAM" seem to care about is the $$$,and not their patients. Weeks upon weeks of trying to leave even a short message, and it gets cutoff. Totally fed up,and will now be going through proper government agency to file a very detailed complaint against this medical office. They can drop us as patients for it. Not like we're getting any care from them in the 1st place. Otherwise this Review would be totally different. My rating ...-11 Total failure by this whole "TEAM"!!! They need their licenses to practice anywhere revoked.

Dr Webster was attentive, thorough and accommodating. I will be 70 soon and found she was not dismissive of any of my concerns. I was listened to and all of my concerns were addressed.

Getting ahold of reception is terrible
