        No one answers the phones...88 mother in law who has COPD and dementia, has no options when she is bed-riden. No one answers about clinics either...call and get disconnected every time. Horrible service. Well actually no service!

        They need a new secretary. Every single time I've ever tried to book an appointment, I've had to jump through hoops. If I actually had a choice of doctor, I'd switch in a heartbeat, making appointments shouldn't be a problem but it is. Unfortunately with the doctor shortage, patients have to just deal with it. Also seeing all the problems mental health patients have with this place gives me 0 confidence in my doctor, unfortunately I'm stuck with them
