I have been a patient of Dr Monahans since 1985 and in the later years I have been treated like I never existed I missed an appointment and the girl gave me another date. I made sure this time I'd mark it down I arrived on the dates given and was told it was different than the day I wrote down. I'm getting old but I'm not crazy I wrote it down to make sure that I wouldn't miss it. The recipient told me her screen can't be wrong but get this Dr Monahan to the receptionist to tell me to go to an after hour clinic. Real nice Dr. Monahan. Your computer can't be wrong but me writing down can be . She couldn't have entered it wrong and gave me the wrong date My fault I guess After 31 years I get treated like this . All I wanted to see him for was for just a follow up and to renew my prescription 5 minutes of his time And on top of it all they sentme a bill for missing the appointment.
