Go in one day and didnt get asked for proof of insurance (just the policy #) got in another day and now they refuse to give me plates with out seeing proof. Have an issues with this place before saying one thing and then the next saying another figure out your policies and stick with them!!!

If youre not doing something straightforward, go to the one on Division. Stuffs at this location are unprofessional and got so many personal opinions to make the processes become difficult. 1) They dont know military can keep their id valid during posting outside of Canada. 2) We wanted to put a mailing address in Quebec which is different than living address. They first said only military can do this - which WE ARE. then they tried to convince that the address will stay on file for a while balabalabala - thats our parents home, we dont mind! The one on Division is way more professional. They know what they are doing.
