I typed my email in on their website once over a year ago and am completely appalled by the amount of phone calls I receive. For the first month+ it was daily phone calls/voicemails, then multiple times a week. A year later, I am still getting phone calls asking me to get try my free class. I even considered going to try it once but then I witnessed the constant pressure to join their gym and it turned me off 100%. If someone doesn't answer for an entire year it means they're not interested, please stop calling.

Joshua was an amazing coach, I havent been to a gym for a long time and I have never had an instructed coach when I did go Joshua always made sure every body in class got lots of encouragement and when I didnt think I could finish he jumped on the machine right beside me and kept saying I can do it only a bit more to go and always said Ive got you the staff was amazing aswell.. just a very friendly place to be.

Love this place, people are great and always make you feel welcomed. Workouts are always different, I always leave happy and feeling accomplished!
