Carrie is God sent. She took me from red to a pretty brown and blond - I'm incredibly happy. Red is very difficult to remove but she worked her magic and my hair is still very healthy. I'm so impressed and would recommend her to anyone willing to be patient with the process. She does *amazing* work and with a huge transformation like red to blond was - safe work will not happen in 2 hours. Although, I did walk in expecting to come for 3+ appointments to achieve what I have but she did it in less which was mind blowing. I cannot recommend Carrie enough. Thank you so much

I recently moved to Kingston and I was looking for a place that could fix my hair. I am so happy I found Chatters! I had a great experience! The lady that answered the phone was super nice and understanding. Tamara did a great job fixing my color and cutting my hair. I am very pleased with the service, the staff is great and caring.
