        Come on hotel Dieu Hospital, surely you can create a better system for triaging. About 13 people waiting in the triage room, no one knows who is next or jumping the line. Simply get a number system which will help and make it more efficient. Btw I can hear every details sitting next to the triage station, peoples past medical history, current reasons for admission. Come on, provide some privacy and make those information confidential please.

        The emergency room was not a organized experience. The security staff was left to organize us and they were not prepared. No number system to determine who was next. The care was excellent, but the disorganization to get us in to see someone will stick out in my mind.

        Went for my son appointment and I almost passed out can't do needles they took very good care of my son and myself
