David Munday and his legal clerk Marlene were a pleasure to deal with. He has represented us on our 4 real estate transactions over the last two years. We've dealt with three other firms in the past and he is by far the most professional. He gives sound advice, thorough information, and quick turnaround times. I am new to Kingston and was looking for a lawyer to help me with some business franchisee documents. I called multiple places; I left messages and sent emails to call me back. I understand with the pandemic that things are hectic and busy, but, the ONLY place that got back to me (almost immediately) was Cunningham Swan Carty Little & Bonham LLP. Not only that, I was able to find a lawyer who specialized in what I was looking for. Mike Brown was just what I needed. He was patient, helpful and really took the time to help me understand the whole process.
