        Had an appointment today and the lady who called me back was pleasantly rude. She made several comments but the one that did it was: She asks "do you smoke?" I say "no". She asks "do you use marijuana?" I say "Yes" and she says "well, then you smoke". By this point I had enough and got up to leave. Please educate your staff, if someone uses marijuana it does not mean they smoke. She put her hand on my arm when she played the "innocent" game and it took everything in my power not to defend myself from unwanted touch. Using appropriate force to defend myself of course. I chose to walk away.
