Dolce Bella Spa on the Rideau

While all the staff were very friendly and the aesthetics of the location are lovely, unfortunately the services provided were lacking. My friend, mom and I all got manicures/ pedicures and noticed a few issues: 1. There was very little nail polish applied, application was streaky and they didnt ensure it was opaque. 2. The polish wasnt applied all the way to the tips of the nails. 3. The nail polish was applied too far down the nail, it looked like it had been growing out for weeks. Overall a very disappointing experience, as the result really wasnt worth the price.

Excellent. Just excellent. We have been attending this establishment monthly for 6 months or so. Always clean. We have only had one snooty person, and that was at our last appointment. She clearly didn't notice that we were repeat customers, and was rather persnickity bc we had already filled out the paperwork. And did not have much patience when rebooking following our appointment. The RMTs, Ashley and Cara, are wonderful. They listen to their clients, and do their utmost to help (even when the head rest breaks). I look forward to trying more of their services in the future.

Mya did a wonderful job! Very relaxing - precision nail and cuticle work! My toes look fantastic! Will only trust my feet with Mya - Ill only book with her :) she's thorough, and makes sure her work is perfect. Very happy with my deluxe spa pedicure!

Not worth the $160 for a facial. I had to come home and extract everything on my own. Waste of money.
