Excellent company to deal with - sales, service and webpage. Very well organized service and parts requests. Currently running several Lexmark printers through 4Office Automation Ltd. Units run very efficiently with little, if any, downtime and have fast duplexing speeds. Highly recommend both 4Office and Lexmark.

We have been with this company so long I can't remember. The most important part of doing business is not only price was has been exceptional over the years. But it is also service. We have never had to wait over several hours for service when needed. They are very quick to respond to our needs and as long as they continue to offer pricing and servicing that have have been, we will stay with them for a very long time.

When scouting out a new provider for Multi-function devices, 4 office helped me with an interim solution. I selected 4 office as my permanent solution because I was presented with right equipment that met my needs and at price point that was very favorable to my company. To date, I am very pleased with the knowledge and service from the people at their Kingston office.

4 Office is second to none. When we needed an upgrade it was take care of right away. Printer works well and when service is required call it in and they are there usually the same day. Ordering supplies is hassle free. 4 Office is 5 star in my book-
