Great experience with this company! I showed up at their business unannounced with the hopes that I could duplicate and transfer something my youngest son had written on his bedroom wall when he was quite young. The intent was to surprise my son. Without hesitation the response was positive and suggestions were immediately agreed upon and the project commenced. Ted and his wife were engaging, friendly and professional from the beginning to end of this project. Attention Getters work was of superb quality and completed in a timely manner. If I could give this company a negative 5 star I would due to the fact that theyre very ignorant and horrible customer service. The horrible customer service was provided by the old lady at the front desk that needs to redye her roots. This lady was very unprofessional and wouldnt provide proper service to me as a customer. This wasnt my first encounter with the lady, it was the 3rd and I got the same bad attitude from that old lady. With that being said I would recommend this company due to that rude old lady!
