        If you want to deal with amazingly helpful and friendly people, this is the company for you. Before I moved to Kingston from the west coast, I arranged to sublet a house here for the summer. When I flew in to see it, Matt Brigden, the owner, came to the airport to pick me up and took me to see the house, with a tour of the city to top it off. My summer rental wasn't going to generate much income for Cypress, and still I was treated royally. I got back to Kingston a few months later, after a long and exhausting cross-country drive. When I dropped by to pick up the key, Matt and his wife saw how tired I was, and made me stay for dinner. I was charmed and grateful. I also appreciated thoughtful touches like email reminders near month-end, and having the correct notice forms brought to my house, instead of having to find them myself. Service like this is rare, and wonderful.
