After a week and a half , I finally received a reply from management concerning the condition of the lobby . I found , as well as the other concerned tenants, the reply was unacceptable. Using the excuse of having to repair roof, fix elevator , repair hot water system , which were all done at least 5 years ago. I feel like once again this building has been pushed aside for upgrades and appearance. This does.t say much when it comes to taking pride in your buildings nor the respect you show for your tenants. Myself as well as the other concerned tenants are very disappointed in your reply. Once again this building has been ignored. I can only assume, which I find difficult to believe , that your other building's were never in need of any repairs. Therefore they have been upgraded and have new lobbies The empty planters are now being used for garbage. How very attractive. I really hope you will re consider your decision about upgrading this building. After all the rents reflect that this is a very well kept building which is false. SINCERELY Catherine
