Heather and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I attended a Husqvarna seminar which was informative and helpful. I will definitely be back and hopefully purchase a Husqvarna Viking sewing machine of my dreams. I am sew happy I was introduced to Stitch by Stitch!!

This place is wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable staff, technicians really know what theyre doing. I had a small problem with my machine, brought it in, and within 5 minutes they had it fixed. The staff member answered more questions about my machine, taught me some tips, and all in all was super helpful!!!!! This is definitely my new resource for all things sewing.

Just finished the Serger Savy class. Absolutely loved it. Heather is an amazing instructor and really 'knows her stuff'. The class covered the basics of a serger and then we out the serger through its paces, expanding our imaginations. I highly recommend this series if you have a serger or if you are considering purchasing one. (Borrow your mother's or a friends machine and take the class). Totally enjoyable.

I took my mother in law to the store on the weekend as she has just taken up quilting and needed some supplies for a new project. The staff in the store on Sunday went above and beyond to help her gather everything she needed for her quilt. From printing off the pattern for her, helping her choose colours, providing her with tips and insight on how she can get started on her quilt. They really made her day and she was even more excited to start her project after leaving the store. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Stitch by Stitch is a first rate sewing store in Kingston. Heather and her staff are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, professional and provide great customer service, especially as a new sewer.
