Mary shines in all the ways you hope your realtor will. Mary was accurate, honest and confident in her appraisal of our homes market value. She was commited to us as her client and stood by her decisions where others would have dropped price for the fastest sale. She marketed our home to highlight its best assets with thoughtful staging, professional photography, and a strong online prescence even including a 3d virtual tour. Marys professionalism continued through every aspect of her work in areas that matter such as being punctual for our meetings, explaining contracts, timely feedback, attention to detail and superb accomodation. Combined with a no nonsense attitude it was easy to place our trust in her. There are too many positives to list but here is one example: During a showing, a realtor from another agency accidentally locked us out of our house. Mary without hesitatation offered complete compensation for us if we needed the locked drilled. It wasn't even her fault!!!, she just cared about making it right! Marys the complete package and will be our first pick if we ever list again. Thanks Mary!!
