I had to get a retroactive appraisal done and was told that if I used them for it that they would do that appraisal and give me the current value when I went to my sell my home within the year. When I emailed for the current value I did not receive a reply. I called the office and was told Derrick would return my call. He never did. I left several messages and after a couple weeks I got a hold of him on his cell and was told Id get an email by the end of the week (as I did not need a formal appraisal, just a value). Its been weeks, the house is sold and I never received an email or a call. One of those companies that is responsive until they have your money then ghost you.
