We hired Zomer Corps to first pump out and then remove and replace a failed septic system this past summer, Our first indication that Zomer stood out from the competition was that Zomer was the only company that agreed to take on the challenge of pumping out our septic tank, over which the previous home owner had built a deck so the access was very limited. It was during this pumping that we learned the tank and bed were failing and needed replacing. We had no reservations about asking Zomer to undertake this excavation and new septic installation work. The Derek Zomer and his team were professional, consistently punctual, communicative, considerate, and friendly. They happily answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Derek assured us of their availability for follow-up work if needed for lawn reseeding in spring and has been responsive to other questions we have had after the job was completed. Zomer responded to a septic malfunction within the same day as it was discovered by us. Quick response to the phone call and email sent, arrived at the house within the hour and had the entire issue resolved the same day. Answered all our questions, without hesitation. Have no qualms about recommending Zomer for your septic tank issues.
