        Charged me 1400$ in benefits because they messed up my marital Status and refuse to fix it

        Tried to get a business number online, was refused. Called in, was refused. Was told to write a letter, never got anything back after waiting months. Called in and they told me that they already issued the number, but I would need to provide information from the letter I never received before they would release the number to me over the phone. Literally impossible.

        They owe me money! And have not dealt with it for months! Have made several phone calls! Each time they say yes we see that you have overpaid. Yes we owe you money. Will call you back. And then I call again weeks later and they say yes, we owe you money, will get back to you within five business days. It has been several phone calls and several months! If I owed them money they be on it pretty fast! Can I charge them interest?
