        700 dollar electronics purchase that required a signature was left in the rain, the box was open and dented, and no signature was given. They did not even knock on my door that i was 15 feet away from. Called to find out why they never knocked and why the required signature and never requested. Was informed i would be called back within the hour and i never recieved a call back. Terrible delivery driver and terrible customer service. I would not recommed UPS to anyone.

        Waited for 15 minutes in the lobby...Music was really loud in back area so no one heard us. Then a lady comes out and tells us to just leave the box there!?!? Wth...So weird...
