If you are having water issues, these are the guys to call! John and his team were knowledgeable, patient and did an amazing job getting us drinkable water that other companies said was not possible. Our water was so bad it was as if there was a pipeline coming directly from the ocean; the salt content was off the charts and it had a really bad sulfur smell that would make you gag while brushing your teeth. The team did some test and put in a water treatment system and now we can drink the water from the tap! It is night and day difference and we couldn't be more grateful. Great team, professional and they know what they are doing. 10 out of 5 stars!

You had told us you were busy, but you called back and offered your help to get the inspection done within the inspection time. The relief that we felt cannot be expressed. Amazing service! And it was over Christmas and New Year festive period Had a new pump seal and pressure tank installed by Professional Pump Service last year under advice of Realtor Its been a year and suddenly lost water pressure twice over the last 3 weeks John offered to come out on same day when I called at 1 PM But I felt it was unnecessary So he made me the first on his next day service call Came on time; trouble shoot and we found it was not the pump...yap Nothing what-so-ever with the work he had done prior Its refreshing to see that kind of customer service Bravo
