Lets cut to the chase! I have the best lawn in my neighbourhood! People will literally stop and look at my grass! But thats not why I have been a client of Daniels for several years. The fact is, proper maintenance of lawn is extremely beneficial for the environment, specifically for flood control, healthy habitat for wildlife and insects by creating organic material (everything needs a balanced ecosystem) and reduces the ability of invasive weeds from impacting native plants and trees. The reason why I constantly recommend Turf Care is because it works! Compared to other services which I have tried, the professionalism and attention to detail provided by Daniel far exceeds everyone else. Daniel also services my irrigation system and takes the time to ensure the sprinkler heads are positioned properly for effective watering. Daniel Ryan with Thirsty Turf has been fertilizing my lawn for the past 7 years. Prior to hiring Thirsty Turf, I would do my own lawn fertilizing. Despite my best efforts my lawn was always filled with weeds and dead grass from over-fertilization. My lawn was one of the worst lawns on the street. I phoned Daniel (Turf Care) initially because almost our entire yard front and back had no grass and all weeds just 2.5 yrs after grass seed was professionally planted by a different company. It was so bad, I thought it might have to be dug up and re planted. Daniel was able to not only save the yard and bring it back, but we have never had better looking grass. Every year since then, I dont even question hiring Turf Care. And on top of that, they are always very professional, answer any questions and come when they say they are coming, with a reminder email days before. I always had a weed problem until Daniel and his team took over our fertilizer application. I had been doing myself. I spent many hours in the hot sun with little results. Then a neighbor told me about Daniel, and my lawn has looked great ever since that time. Not only does it look great, but I now have more free time thanks to Turf Car Property Maintenance. When I moved into my newhome in 2016, I was awed by the carpet of thick green grass that surrounded it. Daniel, of Turfcare, came by to welcome me and asked if I intended to continue with his services. No pressure. I am retired and on my own, so decided that I could handle it myself. By the end of the summer, I was frustrated with growing bare patches and weeds that had jumped over from my neighbours yard and cropped up all over. The next year, I did engage Turfcare, and have done for the past 6 years. My lawn looks fabulous again. But not without issues like mold, and extensive grub and skunk damage, among other seasonal problems. In each case, Daniel came to the rescue and got things under control, always professional and with assurances he could handle it. My neighbour recently listed her home and there are drone pix posted from above. From the air you can see that my lawn is green, even at the end of February, while my neighbours on both sides are brown and yellow. Thank you, Daniel for your patience and expertise.
