Very difficult to get ahold of , breaks and start times are not accurate at all, lunch seems to be 2 hours they close early often and even when you get ahold of them good luck booking an appointment within a reasonable time. Unsure why they can't be open later one day a week to accommodate people that work

They answer the phone for me i get treated there by the doctor just fine as of Dec 2022. I am going again though cause i need her to give me more antibiotics cause it.did not work all the way. I have ear infection now. And i need syrup even if it doest work i know what i need ?

I don't have a problem making appointments and waiting time is usually 5 min before I'm called in

This is a fake account. Whoever the secretary is needs to go. I do not need to be treated like a child when making a doctors appointment. I will give this one last try and if nothing changes I will be going elsewhere. Been going to the office for 35 years. Sad its come to this

I have always been extremely happy with the LAFHT.. Until now.. Opening up after Covid made the receptionist completely carless and unprofessional. I'm not sure if they are new, but one in particular answers the phone like she's a kid answering the phone at her parents residence. Twice I have had to ask, "Is this the Leamington and area family health team??" Not to mention I have called with a pressing concern regarding my child who is an infant and I was told that a nurse would call me back 'shortly'... She called the following day... Disgusting... On top of it all, our actual family doctor is only in the office MAYBE 50 times in an entire year. Signed, Just another disgruntled patient who doesn't get the care they deserve
