        I am utterly appalled with the behaviour of one the senior employees of this company. After shouting at my wife and children, he proceeded to grab my childs arm and drag her away from the area. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. (edit) An apology would have prompted me to remove this poor rating, however you have decided to try and justify the owners behaviour. My family was not interfering nor in any danger, they were trying to avoid the fallen tree. He had no excuse to grab my 3 year-old child and drag her across a busy road!
