I have to give them a 1 star. They dug a hole on my property, ran all the lines. When it came time to hook me up, they refused based on a credit check. I would understand if I had bad credit, but I have a score of nearly 700. When i questioned them about not even being able to give them a deposit. All they would tell me "we work on a 3 star rating system". Okie dokie then.

Noticeable slow down internet during evenings. Has twice messed up billing one of whick they billed someone else for several months then wanted it corrected in 1 payment. Poor customer service.
