        Home AC decided to break down in one of the hottest days so far this year and found out that we needed a new capacitor. I called in to United Refrigeration and spoke to a very nice Customer Service Rep who kindly apologized and informed me that they are only authorized to sell to contractors. He then proceeded to give me a name of a contractor that was able to help with our predicament. Awesome customer service even though they were not making a penny out my call! Great job guys!
