TD Canada Trust ATM

I thought TD bank has highest reputation in Canada. But when I went to the branch to pay auto loan in full amount in cash,We realised other banks have very good customer service and deal with respect without discrimination than TD bank.My husband has auto load with TD he sold the van so loan need to be cleared before the buyer can take the ownership.Buyer give us half amount and half we arranged to pay the loan.when we went to TD to pay it in full cash amount one of the supervisors deal us as we are theft and steal the money from somewhere to pay it in one day in cash.Her attitude towards us was very discriminating because we are immigrants with brown colour and she was white.Immigrants also work hard and can arrange money too pay off the loan. She forced me to think that she will deal in same way if white colour person went to pay loan in cash. I know bank job is complicated to handle all the cash its a headache, they need to ask many questions to save themselves too, but it doesnt mean other person who came to the bank is poor and criminal. Is it crime to pay cash in large amount to pay off load before term? I will rate zero to this bank.
