        EXTREMELY unhappy, poor communication, made a mess of our stairs at the front and the manhole cover area too, promised to fix it, never did, its been 2 years. We are having to find someone else to complete the work THEY WERE CONTRACTED to do. Makes excuses. Gets defensive. Unprofessional.
