She is a highly qualified, empathetic listener, who supports you when you are struggling. Virtual, outdoor or in-house appointments mean that she is able to help even during a pandemic.

Shelly is fantastic! She is a friendly, honest, and helpful counselor. Her home bases clinic is private, welcoming and located close to downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. She offers virtual or outdoor appointments if you want.

Shelly was fantastic and so helpful to me. She was patient and listened to me. Shelly was able to bring light to a lot of things and even label some events that I didn't know needed labelling. She equipped me with tools to use going forward and I am so thankful to have met her!
