He closed down my elderly mothers file without attaining our consent and not giving us heads-up so that we can look for a new family doctor to care for her medical conditions. Hes heartless, lack of morals conscience and discriminate against an elderly sick patient

        The worst family doctor to exist. He is arrogant to the max, condescending and a total jerk. He refuses to write a doctor's note for very valid reasons. Dear Dr. Bao, just retire already, you aren't helping anyone. Many of us won't miss you when you're gone.

        I needed an appointment with Dr. Bao. for a quick assessment of whether he can recommend a physio location nearby or not... The receptionist picked up and told me to go to the hospital/ER instead. I'm not waiting 6 hours at the ER to tell me which physio to go to. That's why I have a family doctor????????
