I actually see Dr. Yepes who is actually at this address. And since waiting is usually part of doctors appointments, she deserves 4 stars. Very kind, and knowledgeable.

2021-05-06 While I understand the comments about waiting, I think Dr. Weinstein deserves much better appreciation as a doctor than has been shown in these comments. I found him a sharp contrast in that he was willing to talk with me and answer what I considered to be a question about my condition that I felt was worth asking. The wait is part of the system, which attempts to process people as efficiently as possible and in turn, yes, process them as rapidly as possible. The answer would be to have a considerably larger number of ophthalmologists in Kitchener and reduce the patient load per specialist. I'm not going to hold my breath for that to happen. So we're clear, I'm not trying to justify it, only to describe it as it is. That should also apply to this doctor, who I have every reason to believe is a highly competent professional.
