Worst experience ever . She will make you believe that you are ready for test even if you insist you are not . She will make sure you fail the test so she can book you for more classes. She was very rude and didn't give proper instructions. And always on phone while you driving. Please guyz be aware of this lady .

Recently filed a BBB complaint regarding this company. After paying upfront for all the in-car lessons, only 1 in car lesson was had (due to the pandemic). After continued delays and multiple unsuccessful attempts to schedule in-car lessons over the past almost year and a half when pandemic restrictions allowed, I requested a refund for the unused portion of the in-car lessons as the student had moved of province for post-secondary and would not be able to complete the course. After trying numerous times to contact Sara by email and phone regarding a refund request, all of which were ignored, I filed a BBB complaint to try to get back close to $300 of unused fees. Sara refused to refund the unused portion of the fee for services never rendered. Do not pay for this course. All fees are non-refundable (nowhere was this stated on the website or by Sara at the time), scheduling lessons is extremely frustrating, requests for refunds and completed material are ignored.
