Tracy has been nothing but amazing getting us a mortgage when we were experiencing challenges with banks. She is quick, efficient and highly reliable.

Left a message for a call back...nothing. I was asked to send details to the Laurentian Bank by fax (who faxes any more), I did and still nothing, on hold forever.

Pretty sure this place is closed now. Their mailbox is always full and there's no way to reach them otherwise.

Staff were friendly and helpful even when I didn't exactly know what I was looking for. Also easier to trust a credit union and a B Corp than a for-profit bank.
