Called for a quote and availability during the afternoon of work that needed to be done. I was given the hourly rate and told they would be available. Instead, they did not contact me again until the morning while already on their way to my site to do the work. No confirmation that I would use the service and even if I had, this is extremely unprofessional that they felt they could just go to site at a time they preferred without notifying me ahead of time. Was swiftly told to find this service elsewhere and that I had apparently gone back on my word. I don't know any business that would request work to be done and confirm over the phone without seeing any written quotation and without any restraint on time.
