I have dreamt about a gym set up for years and I finally did it! Working with Chris was so easy. He answered all of my questions and helped me with my decisions. The delivery was fast and flawless, along with the setup. Rick and Benton did an amazing job.They didn't mind me bugging them lol . Rick made sure the equipment was working before leaving and I appreciated that. The basement was left spotless as well. I would hands-down recommend Gym Concepts.

Purchased commercial grade rubber gym flooring for a great price. I did destructive testing with a leftover piece. Super durable and looks awesome. Thanks guys.

Our old Life-Fitness elliptical broke down Sat afternoon. At 5:45, I called the Kitchener location, Rick answered and, thanks to him, we had a new Life-Fitness elliptical in our basement and fully functioning by 4:00 Tuesday. Awesome service from Rick - it took him an hour on Saturday evening to locate a new machine, organize asap delivery, issue me an invoice and process payment. He then followed through on everything exactly as promised. Best service I've had from anywhere for a long time. (PS - I don't recommend buying a new exercise machine sight-unseen for most people. We happened to be very familiar with this one.)
