        Taking appointment to see our family doctor is big headache in this clinic. Reception never pick calls. Directly they do not see the patients easily. They need 48 hrs on email appointment also. It's time waste clinic. Doctor is not bad but reception never give appointment easily. Always says they are fully booked. Then he is our family doctor but no use if we cannot see him.

        The receptionists pick up once in multiple phone attempts and will put you on hold multiple times before giving you an appointment. Can the management have a more efficient system for their patients. Our time has literally no value to them. The doctor and pharmacist are great once you get an appointment Response to owner: I understand medical system and clinics are overloaded. While my appointment is not emergency and all I wanted was to schedule an appointment. Staff need to have empathy and compassion towards patients. Neither of which is reciprocated.
