I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't follow economic/market trends and just wanted to put my confidence in her, but she still took the time to explain things so I could understand what I was investing my money in. And she's the one chasing me every year to review my portfolio to make sure I'm satisfied with how things are progressing because that's how much she cares about her clients.
