Customer service is horrible. They ordered the wrong colour chair. We waited 3 weeks for delivery. We've called twice to complain and still waiting for call back. Called store again and have been left on hold for 40+ minutes. Texting gets you to a useless automated service. Pathetic! Texted like was advise and it's automated

Literally just purchased the livingroom set our dreams today!!! My husband and I had the best experience dealing with Sheila and Tim they were both fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and worked within our budget. We really appreciated the time they spent with us every step of the way they honestly went above and beyond for us. So excited for our furniture to arrive this week! Big thank you to Sheila and Tim !

Worst experience ever. System kindly give option to review negatively instead of even 1 star. Firstly they said its just a discounted product as article was discontinued by store thts d reason of lower price but its not defective. After buying it they said floor model means AS IS product, so even if its broken its ur tht way only nothing can be done. I paid $200 for delivery to be scheduled after 1 week of purchase but on d day of delivery they called to schedule a delivery for another week. Simply ridiculous explanation by store dat on dis date it was supposed to go to warehouse. I mean who cares where d hell it goes on d backend. I even removed bed from my room to make space for new one just to get disappointed. Well never stepping foot in dis ridiculous store ever again.
