More than just a workout. Move Strong is health, community, growth, and adapting & evolving. Coach Davor and team are in-tune with the latest concepts and techniques on health and movement because they live the lifestyle. They decipher and work through the noise to deliver knowledge and help guide students/members to incorporate what is most beneficial for physical and mental health in sustainable ways. They constantly pay attention to what's going on in the science-based health industry and bring those concepts to students (ex. FRC, cold plunges, hormone balancing); but at the same time, also pay attention to students' needs (ie. working on a beginner program, challenges to help with accountability). Most of all, they truly care and they want you to have fun. We all recognize the importance of movement, eating well, etc but find it hard to do so. Why not try something different? Join the Move Strong coaches + community for classes consistently for at least a few weeks and experience the difference for yourself!
