I contacted Connect Hearing when I noticed a decline in my hearing. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the technician who did the hearing test. The procedure was quick and professional. The results were explained to and the options available to increase my hearing. I received the hearing aids in a short period of time, and they were fitted and tested and adjusted. A follow up appointment a month later to assess my satisfaction was very helpful with respect to proper maintenance. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Connect Hearing and would recommend to anyone concerned with their hearing. Very professional.

Luc is literally soooo exceptional and the most kindest hearing specialist ive ever spoken to!! He treated my children with sooo much respect and had full out conversations with them and made them feel so comfortable! He even "dabbed" with my son it was absolutely amazing!! He jokes with everyone and makes everyone feel like they are at home. I highly recommend Luc to everyone especially with children. He does children from the ages 5 and up!! Tha ks for the amazing experience with all my children! They loved having you andespecially the "lollipops" haha
