We had a two-stage gas furnace with a heat pump and smart Wi-Fi thermostat installed by an Aire One team of Tariq, Wahid and Sean. What a hard-working team of knowledgeable, efficient, productive, organized and friendly men. Everything was done to perfection and I have no doubt we're safe with such a complicated installation done by these dedicated men. Thank you, Tariq, Wahid and Sean it was a pleasure meeting you! Two employees came to my home this morning to install a new hot water heater. Apart from the fact they instantly came across to me and my husband as rather unpleasant as if uncomfortable speaking to us, within 10-15 minutes we were given a high level explanation for why they couldn't help and then left - no "any questions?" recommended next steps to ensure we can get hot water back in our taps- nothing. It was obvious from the short interaction and their apathy towards the situation that they did not want to be here. Note: our home is very clean and modern, so there is no legitimate concern in that regard for their behaviour. After he broke the news and walked away (without even the courtesy of a "goodbye" or "have a good day"), one of my security cameras caught one of them with his feet on my chair tying his shoe laces. Such disrespect. I'll be shredding future ads from Air One when they are dropped in my mailbox each week.
