We bought a new hot tub from arctic spa, it was delivered by Monte and Nick (November 2022). Super friendly guys, very informative, and immediately dealt with an issue as soon as it arose. They made the delivery stress-free and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Monte and Nick were professionals. They were great with the planning and communication and brought our first tub into a tight spot with no problems. Very thoroughly explained the instructions of the start up and were easy to talk to. Thanks fellas and would definitely recommend to others.

The guys from Ontario Hot Tub Services came on time, they were courtesy and professional. Despite a challenging bit of maneuvering to get the tub into the backyard, it was done fast and without issues. They set it up quickly and took all the garbage with them. They really made me feel comfortable and heard.

Monte, Mark and Danny came by today and did an excellent job delivering and setting up our new hot tub. Their knowledge and professionalism was a huge help to us as we are new hot tub owners and very unfamiliar with set up and maintenance. Monte was able to walk me through the steps in a way that a true layman could understand.
