everything was great instead of Parth the front desk employee he need customer service training. very rude and does not answer questions, should know that this is a hospitality job and need to do better and be pleasent to customers..Zero rating for him

I've stayed here a number of times & have always enjoyed my stay there. I book directly with them on their website - that gives the best prices, I've found. There is a lovely hot breakfast available & the rooms are quite nice, clean & have good ammenities (fridge, microwave, coffee/tea & fluffy towels). I really like their pillow top mattresses, which are very comfortable & this helps greatly with my ability to sleep. They have blackout curtains & although some parts of the hotel face the highway, I had no issues with noise while in this type of room. They also have ground floor rooms where you can drive your car up to your room for quick access. Basically this hotel has all that I am looking for in an affordable place. Many hotels in KW are quite expensive, so staying here is always my favourite option, (and the staff are very kind & courteous).
