        This company deserves a -15 for their discussing ways of running their business. My fianc has been with them for years, we moved and he contacted them to change his address and make changes to his account. Then when he purchased a new car he contacted them to get it switched over and found out they neglected to file his stuff and he was driving with no insurance for MONTHS! and PAYING FOR IT! they acknowledged it was their mistake but refused to pay him back the money. He decided not to stay because they are literally robbing him and they still charged him a ton of money to quit. When trying to get ahold of them they do nothing and still refuse to pay. THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU AND ADMIT THEY MESSED UP AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RITE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
