I ordered a custom necklace from them, dealing mainly with Stephanie. Their attention to detail, patience and passion were evident as they ensured all details were just so and reflected my desire throughout the project. The way they treat and work with people is admirable. I will absolutely shop with them in the future for jewellery and couldn't be happier with how my piece turned out.

Linked by Brilla did an excellent job on creating my custom engagement ring! We used the diamond from my grandmas ring and designed it the way I wanted. April worked with me through the whole process, she was lovely to work with. I love my ring!

I approached April from Linked by Brilla about an important piece of jewellery that I received from my great, great grandfather. He was a rockhound and he used to sell jewellery he would make at the Kitchener market. My grandma gave me this beautiful round aggot stone hed made on a necklace when I was 18. Unfortunately some 10 years later I had dropped it taking it out of my jewellery box and it had broken in two pieces. Since then it has sat in a drawer in my jewellery box. April made recommendations after studying the piece as to what she may be able to do with it. After some brainstorming, some suggestions and consulting with a goldsmith, April drew a design about what her recommendation would ultimately look like and presented me with two different design options. April was detailed and precise in what she recommended with explanations as to why she was doing so all the way through. We settled on a design and she went ahead. A few weeks later she hand delivered the jewellery to my door. It was wrapped in a beautiful box with gorgeous ribbon and while I liked that, it didnt matter since my grandmas jewellery was inside and I was dying to see it! Wow! It was stunning! The piece looked just as it has been drawn and most importantly, you could hardly get the impression upon looking at it that it was altered from its original. THAT was the goal. Linked by Brilla did something for my family and I by finding a way to restore this special piece of jewelry and they did a fabulous job. I am so grateful, and impressed with the professionalism of their service and certainly with the end product.
