I started seeing Jessica shortly before she started her own practice and opened Johnstone Therapeutic Massage. Jessica is always kind, professional, and accommodating. She asks after my needs, and makes suggestions to enhance the session. She is acutely aware of my reactions and adjusts accordingly. I love coming to her new space - there's plenty of parking, the building is cozy, and the mood is very relaxing. Online booking is very easy and the direct billing straight to my benefits is very convenient as well! Jessica is very experienced in her field and I cannot recommend her enough :)

Jessica is a great massage therapist, and I cant recommend her enough! Her goal is to help you get better. If you know whats wrong, shell help you with it. If you know something is wrong, but dont know how to fix it; shell work with you to figure it out. While shes working with you, shes always making sure that youre comfortable. Shell ask if its okay to do something, ask if shes going to hard, and remind you whats the right type of pain, and whats the wrong type of pain. Furthering the idea of her goal being to help you. She always lets you know of stretches or exercises you can do at home, to help reduce the problems youre experiencing. Overall, I love working with Jessica and highly recommend you work with her too!

Jessica is an excellent RMT! I always leave an appointment having had a great experience, and feeling well taken care of. I appreciate her wealth of knowledge & her aptitude in tailoring a session according to my bodys aches & pains. She consistently provides a great service & ensures to check in and make sure Im comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend her to everyone!
