Services here are great and staff are overall friendly! Not five stars because the building is kinda old and does not have the best accessibility route.

Ive had only great experiences at Encompass. The staff was always kind and go out of their way to make your experience positive. I saw Nadia for both prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor physio. Shes an amazing physiotherapist and I really appreciated all her knowledge, guidance and the calming and comfortable environment she created. Im grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Erica Pisciotto is the only person from now on that I get massages from. Encompass is lucky to have her, and I'm grateful I stumbled across her. I experience a lot of chronic issues (legs and back) and after my appointments, my pain is relieved, I'm more mobile, I feel healthier, I'm relaxed, and am able to get back to my normal life after her sessions. Her pressure is always just right, and her technique is incredible. She uses cupping, too, if you want, and I was skeptical at first because with previous RMTs, I had terrible and awkward cupping treatments, but after my first appointment with Erica, I now crave that part of her treatment (turns out everyone else was just doing it wrong). She also uses what feels like a variety of techniques during her treatments, but nothing crazy (like some RMTs shake you... have you had that? It's weird. Erica uses amazing and calming techniques). It's like she sees with her touch. I tell her, "Erica, my shoulder is sore here today" and I vaguely point to a spot on my back. Once she gets to work, she finds the exact problem area and uses the perfect pressure and techniques to relieve the discomfort. I never have to tell her "oh not there" or "can you stay there longer"... SHE JUST KNOWS. Aside from her unmatched technique, she's just a wonderful and gentle person. We have the perfect amount of conversations during our appointments, but she's also okay with not saying anything the entire time if you aren't into that. She reads you really well, and is just really sweet. I don't use the lactation support services that she offers, but she is specialized in this area if that's something you're interested in, and her kindness makes her perfect for that treatment. I'm worried about giving her such a glowing review because if people learn how fabulous her technique is and how much of a gem her spirit is, her schedule will fill up and I won't be able to get in to see her as often as I'd like!
