Knee Walkers Canada

I waited over a week for my knee walker, even though it says next day delivery. I left multiple phone messages and emails during that week and did not receive any replies. I eventually rented one from somewhere else, and THEN the knee walker from this company showed up. I have left multiple messages and emails AGAIN asking where I can return this knee walker. No response. I actually phoned the Pharmasave in Kitchener asking if Knee walker Canada was in their store and the Pharmasave employee said that knee walker Canada wasn't in that store any longer.

Knee walker was delivered the next day after I ordered and thats the only reason I give any stars at all. We kept the walker for longer than the initial 4 weeks, so I expected an invoice once it was picked up and intended to pay for it. Invoice was issued on Nov 22...the same day the knee walker was returned. A follow up text was sent on Nov 24. A further text sent to me on Nov 27th said the invoice is still outstanding. Yet another text sent on December 1st, threatening to send me to collections...for an invoice that is 9 days old. No where on the website does it mention that payment is due for the extension the day they pick it up. Most businesses terms are 30 days. Furthermore, the price for extended rental changed during the extension period and they did not honour the original price. Also the owner of the business has given himself a nice 5 star review 10 months ago...eyeroll. Renter beware.

Ive been waiting for over 2 weeks for a product that I didnt end up getting. Really disappointed as Ive contacted them a few times. Will be continuing to contact until the money is refunded. Edit: I received a refund following my reviews and a they sent me a strongly worded email at 2am. Also *BEWARE*: my credit card was compromised after making this purchase. I would not suggest dealing with this company. Amazon has knee walkers and would suggest purchasing from there instead.

Very poor customer service. No one answers the phone, and shipping took over a week to come after numerous calls and emails wondering where it was. It says on their website fastest shipping and in Ontario next day delivery. That wasn't the case and needed it for when I had my surgery and it wasn't here, had to wait. Very disappointed in service. But in all I love my knee scooter.
