Dave helped us find our first home; and he did a really good job at it. We met Dave during the height of the extreme housing bubble. He was the first to respond on the day we asked to see our first house, and he was always quick to respond to us over e-mail or text over the year and a half that followed in our search. Exceptionally kind and polite, very knowledgeable, able to answer most of our questions, and always followed up when he didn't know. He was punctual at showings, always willing to make a quick change or addition to the schedule and was patient with us through all our questions. Dave also gave us contacts for contractors, inspectors, and while he was away on vacation, set us up with an equally great back-up realtor. After we closed on our first house, Dave was our greatest advocate, and has followed up with us on the house at least twice since we moved in. Very thorough. Overall, Dave was very knowledgable about the KW housing market, and made our first home purchase simple and less stressful than it could have been. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Looking to purchase our first house during the pandemic was daunting with the crazy housing market this past year. With Dave's help, the whole process was relaxed and uncomplicated. His knowledge along with his laid-back demeanor allowed us to make well thought choices in a time where others would rush us. His expertise was truly valuable, he'd point out things to look for and how they would affect the value of the property. Dave has guided us through the purchases of 3 properties and 2 sales throughout the last 5 years. We had kept going back because of how easy Dave made the process for us. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient, never pushing us to make a decision and always able to answer any questions we had and quick to point out things to watch for. As a first-time home buyer, approaching the housing market can be very intimidating. But thankfully we had Dave on our team to help guide us through every step of the way. Not only was Dave extremely knowledgeable about the market and pricing fluctuations, he brings years of experience to the table and was able to point out potential risks with specific properties during our many visits, along with what we could expect to pay to rectify the problem areas. At all times Dave was patient and professional as we slowly worked our way through the list of houses that he helped curate. Not only were the listings on our to-see list within our budget, Dave took into account our lifestyle and 'must haves' to help narrow the search and make it more manageable. I can't recommend Dave enough - from meeting with us to discuss what we were looking for, to providing recommendations on what to look for when talking to mortgage brokers, and when finally submitting an offer, he made the entire process seem easy from start to finish.
