Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - The Boardwalk, Kitchener & Waterloo, ON

My Pixel 7 Pro was recently afflicted with the dreaded Pixel 7 Pro issue, and I was sent over to the Mobile Klinik at the Boardwalk by Google to have the display replaced on warranty. I experienced courteous and professional service by Yogesh from the moment I walked in and my phone display was replaced in under an hour, as promised. Phone works great now!

When I approached my service provider, Freedom Mobile, about switching my data from my old phone to my new phone they refused. The guys at Mobile Klinik did it. When I asked how much I owed, he said "nothing" Great guys! Thanks!

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Fast, Friendly, Punctual. Price was charged as quoted with no issues or up-sells. Just got a repair yesterday, and everything is working as it should so far! FYI - depending on your comfort level, you don't need to provide your phone's passcode at drop off. You have the option to remain in-store and unlock as needed for the testing process - which they do quite thoroughly after the repair to ensure its all working well before you leave! Budget an hour or so to hang around for testing, but the option is yours. Great service from this Mobile Klinik! Would recommend and come again.
